Description

John Varvatos Artisan Pure has a strong fresh citrus opening which includes a lot of orange, bergamot and clementine. As it settles down, it becomes smoother, green, woody and musky. It was released in the market in 2017 and the perfumer is known as Rodrigo Flores-Roux.

The top notes consist of bergamot, thyme, clementine, lemon, marjoram and mandarin orange. The middle consists of ginger and petitgrain notes while the base notes include amber, musk, woody notes and orris root.

The fragrance main accords are citrus, fresh spicy, aromatic and herbal.

John Varvatos Artisan Pure has a pleasant and mass appealing smell from the beginning to the end. It has a longevity of about 6 to 7 hours on average. It is versatile and is suitable to wear all year round but it is even great for warm weather or tropical climate. Its projection is strong for about 2 hours after which it settles closer and around you like a nice scent bubble.
